TAILGATE/FAMILY MIXER: FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 24th
We are combining two fun events into one this year! Our Freshman Tailgate event will take place from 3:00-5:00 pm on Friday, 9/24. There will be games and food set up outside around the school, and the event is open to ALL Delta students (it is a way to welcome our new students!) We will also have tables set up for each of our Delta clubs so students can get more information and sign up if interested.
Our Family Mixer will take place that evening from 5:00-6:00 pm. We encourage parents to stop by and wander around to visit classrooms during that time. There is no formal program, as this is just an opportunity for families to see the school and meet your child’s teachers. We plan to have some type of snack (ice cream sandwiches?) outside of the school. We ask that families work to keep a 6-foot “social distance” between families during the event, wear masks at all times when inside the building, and only spend a few minutes per room.
