Exciting news, Deltonians!
We are proud to announce that we are partnering with Rite Aid to bring you a special opportunity to get your COVID-19 vaccine!

On 5/7 and 5/28, we will host clinics on campus for all students 16+ to get both doses of the Pfizer vaccine. The first dose will be given out the 7th and the second of the 28th. If you are interested, whether you are in-person or virtual, you will need to bring the following to school on the corresponding days:
Thursday, 5/6 and 5/27
Friday, 5/7 and 5/28
- A photocopy of all insurance cards (Medical and Pharmacy)
- A photocopy of photo ID (driver’s license, school ID, etc.)
- A Vaccine Administration Record (if you would like the vaccine recorded on it)
- The latest version of your red, white, and blue Medicaid card
If you do not have insurance, a Vaccine Administration Record, or a Medicaid card, that DOES NOT prevent you from getting a COVID-19 vaccination. There is a box on the consent for you to check and you will still be able to get the vaccine.
